Our commitment to financial integrity
As followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, the trustees and staff of Heaven's Family are committed to financial transparency and integrity. Beyond the Form 990 the IRS requires of us each year, we undergo a substantial independent outside audit that is submitted to our board of trustees for review. Our board also reviews the ministry's finances on a regular basis.
Trust is something that has to be earned. We work at it — through email updates, blogs, and our bi-monthly newsletter — so you always know what your investment is accomplishing around the world.
Charity Navigator, America's leading charity evaluator, has awarded Heaven's Family its highest rating of 4 stars for strong financial health and a demonstrated commitment to accountability and transparency. Only about one-fourth of rated charities reach that mark. Heaven's Family is also a member in good standing with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
