Faith Through The Fire
Families are coming to Jesus after losing their homes

God is doing amazing things in the village of Sumaro, Pakistan. The gospel has been spreading in this village and many of the Hindu-Muslim families who live here have recently come to know Jesus. But because of this, persecution of this village from discrimination groups has also grown.
Recently, the entire village of Sumaro suffered an attack from an extremist group. Their homes were burned to the ground, their livestock killed or taken, and many were injured. The families in this village, believers and non-believers, all suffered from these attacks. Many of the men in the village suffered severe burns at the hands of the hate group’s attack.
Left with nothing, these families were in desperate need for food, water, and emergency shelter. That is where you came in. Because of your donations to the Emergency Relief Program, the 60 families who lost their homes as a result of these attacks were provided emergency relief.
Through helping to supply these families with food, water, and tents, you helped to show the love of Christ to these suffering families. Although their homes were burned to the ground in the wake of this tragedy, the hearts of many nonbelievers in the village are beginning to open now. Thank you for helping to provide for these suffering families in their time of desperate need.
