The staff members of Heaven’s Family are doing just that: through disciple-making movements, the distribution of life-saving aid, and service to the persecuted, vulnerable, and the victimized. Thanks to the prayers and support of our donors, we are able to strategically meet the needs of those our Lord refers to as “the least of these”¹and carry His message to those yet unreached.² If you feel led to join us, please read on.

Staff members must be faithful stewards of the Lord’s resources. They must exhibit intentional excellence, as though their work is for the Lord – because it is.³

They must commit to biblical standards of conduct. They will need to show the love of Jesus to one-another, donors, and beneficiaries by “the fruit of the Spirit.”⁴

Staff members must affirm their Christian faith.
